Old Portuguese marked solid silver cradle medal with hoop on top. Very nice open work all around and medallion depicting Apparition of Our Lady of Fatima to the Little Shepherds with inscription in Portuguese meaning "Our Lady of Fatima pray for us". Silver marks on the hoop
