We aim to end items within 24 hours. Except for weekends and Holidays. We use Royal Mail which aims to deliver in 2-3 working days but please allow extra time when ordering. Our Vintage items will be quality checked before selling and information for each item will be provided in pictures and descriptions. There is no return policy on our used items so please read sand check all information provided before purchase. Our open or damaged box items are quality checked before being re-sealed. Unless stated otherwise those items will be new.

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, and terms, and conditions apply. If something goes wrong however, please do not hesitate to contact us, we will be more than happy to help and resolve issues. All items must be in a resalable condition. Items will be checked once received back and refunds issued if quality checks are passed.

New items must be unused, sealed, and free from any damage. Personal items such as eyelash makeup, shavers or self-grooming products, food, and games will be non-refundable. There is a no-returns policy on our used or vintage items and the same rule applies to ALL personalized items.
