Publisher: Heinemann, 1961, first edition, signed by Anthony Burgess on the front endpaper. Bound in the publisher's red cloth with titles in gilt on the spine. Very good condition in good dust jacket. The book has a scatter of foxing to the closed pages edges, but is otherwise clean, and tightly bound. The dust jacket has some small chips and short closed tears, a slightly darkened spine and some light handling marks (see photos).8vo, 20.5cm or 8 inches tall, 282 pages.
