However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with our product, you are free to send it back for a replacement / refund of your winning bid. Please email us within 72 hours of receiving the product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization no. (RMA #). You can then ship the item back to us within 14 days of receipt.

Note - The refund will be issued only after we receive the product back in its original purchase condition and packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We normally refund the full bid amount, may deduct a 15% re-stocking fee in case of very high returns in a single order.
