Product Description
Quercetin is a non-citrus bioflavonoid that works in synergy with Vitamin C. This powerful natural plant pigment is found in many foods such as onions, apples, berries and others, and helps to maximise the benefits of Vitamin C.
Quercetin is known to have many health benefits and is one of the natural remedies which can be taken all year round; however many people take the supplement during the summer, in particular hayfever season. The supplements come in many forms including capsules, effervescent, liquids, powders, creams and gummies. Our easy to swallow Quercetin Dihydrate tablets are vegan friendly, unlike many of the capsule formats, and contain over 500mg or Quercetin alongside additional complimentary ingredients for added benefits.

Directions
For adults, take two (2) tablets daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.
