Anchor Hocking milk glass coffee mug advertising Play*Mor Bowling 250 Club.  In the black stripe, it reads, "Armour Plate 3000tm".  Mug is free of chips and cracks but the paint has some minor scratches and seems to have transferred to the white portions of the mug in places. I am all out of Magic Erasers but I am fairly confident that is the key to removing this.
