Matching dark blue, close to black, 3/4 inch wide collar is 19.5 inches from buckle to tip and adjusts from 12 1/2" to 16 1/2".

Has 4 silver flower studs. Holes are tight.

Leash is 50" with silver swivel buckle hardware.
