The tree is 10" tall and about 6 1/2" wide. 

The base is 3" in diameter and has a 58" power cord and a switch

It has glass tubes for the lights.

It is marked R E Gebhardt on the bottom of the base

It is in good condition showing some wear a little dusty, and it completely functioned when tested. It seems to have the original cord.
