These have been in a storage and could use some cleaning. Boxes are in rough shape, there’s tape on them to keep in place. They both have been tested and work but only comes with one wall plug in, but works on both. I’m sure you could find another wall plug in online if desired. Their heads and one arm move when in operation. The bulbs that go in the candles was not with them but they can be bought at about any Walmart store. They are roughly 18” tall in height.
