WARRANTY REPLACEMENT POLICY
All parts purchased from carry 2 years warranty from date of purchase.
This warranty Replacement Policy does not provide for a refund of the purchase price, and/or any labor costs involved in the removal and installation of the part.
Additionally, Our Store is not responsible for any loss of use in service or repair costs incurred for incidental damage resulting from the failed product.
Warranty Replacement Requirements :
1. The original defective merchandise must be returned to our facility before issuing a new warrantied item.
2. Our store reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements setforth in this Warranty Replacement Policy
Notes:
1. If your item is faulty or was incorrect, you must contact us before returning the parcel and we will endeavour to solve the problem effectively.
Video or picture is required to show the item condition before we issue the Return Authorization

Signs that your air compressor or air shock needs to be replaced include:
*** Vehicle sagging
*** Air shock / air compressor works erratically or not at all
*** Unusual sounds coming from air compressor
*** Without a proper suspension, your vehicle will not be safe to drive, so if you think that your air suspension air compressor or air shock has failed, or is failing, you should have it checked and replaced if necessary.

The return policy is straightforward.
Our customers possess the right to Open-A-Return on any order received in 30 days.
