This beautiful piece is new in the original box with original unopened inside light & cord, product registration card, & safety instructions! Outer box shows signs of wear from being in storage.

Unfortunately, the boat is missing, but it doesn't take away from the beauty & pristine of this snow village!

Cascades Marina was introduced in December of 2004 and retired from production in December of 2006.
