Artists and Engravers: Made by 'Hewitt & Dubourg' after 'J. Clark'. Matthew Dubourg (act. 1786-1838) was a British painter, stipple engraver and aquatint etcher of sporting, military and topographical scenes. Dubourg exhibited several miniature portraits at the Royal Academy in 1786, 1787 and 1808. However he is mainly known for his aquatints. John Heaviside Clark (c. 1770-1836).

Condition: Excellent, given age. Faint thumbing in the lower margin, not affecting image. Faint offsetting in the image of the text on the opposite page. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
