Recently, a full maintenance was performed at a music store. The mini-switch has been filled by the previous owner. There are no noticeable scratches on the volume and tone controls; the overall condition is good. The neck is straight, and subjectively, I would estimate that about 80% of the frets remain. The truss rod has sufficient room for adjustment. Currently, the 12th fret string height is approximately 2.2mm-2mm with no fret buzzing.
