Has a minor indentation mark on the top of one of the side stickers, and the stickers on and around the battery cover show wear. The stickers are all original and are in amazing condition for original stickers!

This game also comes with Coleco Perma-Power Battery Eliminator / AC Adapter, which allows you to play the game without batteries.
