Simply screw the arms into the back of the monitor/TV

Each arm measures 21" long, 1.5" wide, and 2.5" deep

Durable metal alloy construction.

Each arm has a twist locking piece for easily unlocking the bracket arm from the main wall mounted bracket.

The arms can be positioned to tilt the monitor down from 15 degrees to zero degrees.
