The 2 gray pieces are beaks, not heads.

One is stickered on the bottom, says Green wing teal, Bob Miller.
Eyes are 10mm & 12mm.
Metal beak mold is 3" long.
Smallest head is approx. 1 1/2" x 2 3/4", largest is approx. 1 1/2" x 4".
