An Authetic Antique Map: Not a Modern Reproduction

Description: It is an authentic copper plate engraved map over 165 years old from Barbie du Bocage's Atlas Illustre, published in Paris by Basset, a facsimile copy of the title page is included for authenticity. The map is by Vuillemin as stated in the title block and dated 1846 at the bottom. It is being sold as a loose map, not mounted, matted nor framed, as seen in the main pic photographed against a dark background. A beautiful map with strong color and nice decorative border that would frame up well!
Size: The map image between the neat lines measures approximately 9 by 12 inches (23x30cm) on a 11 by 13 1/2" (28x34cm) page as seen in the main pic.
Condition: It is in Good condition for its age, blank on reverse. There was paper loss on the upper right corner, which has been repaired with a section from a similar map and some darkening and staining around the margins, see the pics for more on condition. The pics are of the actual map.
