This is a beautiful dark blue with gold lettering Mccoy Vase Sesquicentennial 1848-1998 

The bottom is signed Nelson Mccoy & Billie Mccoy 3/98 (see photo)

This is so shiny that it was hard to photograph without bright reflections!
