Lego parts are in near mint/mint condition. Two sets including the Riding Stable and the Interior Design (manual included for this set). Both sets are near complete and feature "Out of Production" colors including Sky Blue, Med Lime, Light Yellow. Minifigures, horses, and cat are in excellent condition without any damage. Manual for Interior Design is in excellent condition.
