This listing is for, used, 19678 Mercury Cougar Sequential Turn Signal Control Assembly.  This assembly is in used condition for rebuild or parts.  Untested, it may be functional. The plugs and wiring are perfectly sound.   No cuts splices or repairs anywhere. All plugs are perfect. Mounting board has one broken hanger tab.
