THE U.S. NAVY SAILOR'S LONG TRADITION OF "DRESSING OUT" THE INTERIOR OF THE SERVICE JUMPER DATES BACK WELL BEFORE THE TURN OF THE CENTURY AND WAS CONTINUED ON DURING THE SPANISH AMERICAN WAR, WORLD WAR I, WORLD WAR II, KOREA, VIETNAM, AND THE GULF WAR.
