Customer Service 

Please contact us with any questions you have relating to this item. Our dedicated customer service team operate from 9am-5pm Monday – Friday and we will respond to your query within 48 hours between these operating times.

Payment

All payments are managed through the eBay managed payments system, and you will be able to choose your preferred method of payment at the time of checkout. Payment must be made within 12 days.

Delivery

We will despatch items within 2 working days of receiving payment via the shipping method outlined on your invoice. 

Returns and Refunds

We accept all returns within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us for help, or open a return via the eBay returns centre if you would like to return your item.

In the rare event that an item is damaged in transit the process couldn’t be simpler. If possible, send us a photo of the item in the received condition and we will contact you to resolve the issue. Alternatively, please return the item using our freepost service and we will credit your eBay account within 2-3 working day of receiving the returned item.

Once an item is received at our office, a refund will be processed via eBay within 2 working days.

 

Do You Accept Buy It Now Prices? 

We do not accept Buy It Now prices on Auction items and it is Woodgreen's eBay policy to let all auctions run their course.  

 

Can I View Before Bidding? 

Based on eBay’s ‘selling outside eBay’ policy, unfortunately we cannot allow customers to view items for sale prior to purchase.

We try our upmost to recycle as much packaging as possible.
