Before or After Hats order send the image of your design or Logo to us using contact seller, the design team will convert it into a digital file (Digitizing) suitable for embroidery machines, the machine will embroider on hats according to your design or Logo.
Standard sizing for centered designs is 2.3" H and 4.2" W (while keeping your designs aspect ratios). The maximum embroidery field size is 2.3" H by 6.3" W.
Because of the nature of embroidery, not all graphics can be converted into embroidery, some very fine text and details have to be removed.
MIX AND MATCH - You can mix and match the colors and sizes of your pack. Send us a message after your order is placed with the colors and sizes you need.
Before embroidering on the hats you ordered, we will do a mockup and send you its pictures to you using contact buyer .After getting your approval, we will complete the remaining quantity of the hats and ship them to your address. The time of completing the order may take 5-10 days from the date of your approval of the mockup. Hats are usually shipped to the customer within a week. Your satisfaction is important to us, we will do the best to make you satisfied with the hats you ordered,
