If you want to return an item for another reason, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. Upon receipt of the item and once we have checked it, we will issue you a refund.
All Postage costs are to be paid for by yourselves, this includes postage already paid and the postage to return it back (We recommend returning using a trackable service).
We do retain all receipts, but you will need to make a claim for the lost item yourself. We will provide you with a receipt and support your claim if needed.
However, postal losses are extremely rare in UK. Please, contact your local delivery office before contacting us about non-delivery. It is most likely that your item was simply not collected or/and that you weren't carded. If items are returned to us, an additional charge will be made before items can be reposted.
