All comics sold will come in Mylar bags and 56pt double sided boards unless stated otherwise and is from a smoke-free and pet-free home. I do not use stock photos. The item in the pictures is what you will receive.

**Reason For Selling**

My husband was recently in an accident, so we both decided together to sell his collection. He was strictly a collector and does not read any of the items. He takes extremely good care of his collection.

**Payment**

Payment is due within seven days following auction end, unless other arrangements are made in advance. International buyers are responsible for all customs fees and related charges.

**Shipping & Handling**

All comics will be securely packaged to ensure that you receive them in the expected condition. To receive combined shipping, please wait to receive an invoice. I do my best to keep shipping charges low and do not make any money on shipping and handling. The shipping and handling fee covers both postage and packing materials.

**Grading**

Please review the images included in the listing for the condition of the comic. The pictures show the actual comic that you will receive. I do not use stock photos. Any grade assigned is an estimated grade, intended only to assist you with an opinion based on experience. While I am not a professional grader, I do take great care in examining each comic prior to sale and try to mention any material defects I may find. Please understand that if I miss something, it was an oversight and not intentional, and I will work with you to promptly correct the issue. Unfortunately, many comics now have printing faults sustained during the printing process and additionally, with the amount of handling during the printing, packaging, shipping and distribution process, it is an unrealistic expectation for comics and magazines to be without any imperfections or fault. Brand new comics are subject to many industry accepted flaws (i.e. spine creases, corner wear, print faults, ink marks, smudges, ink disturbance/bleeding, small tears at the spine corners
