  • Small, for rod gland holes 22-40 mm (0.87 in - 1.57 ROD) in diameter, up to 6 mm cross section
  • Medium, for rod gland holes 40-70 mm (1.57 in - 2.75 ROD) in diameter, up to 8 mm cross section
  • Large, for rod gland holes 70-165 mm (2.75" - 6.49" ROD) in diameter, up to 10mm cross section.
  • According to the different inner diameter of the oil seal, choose different tool sizes (Small size. Medium size. Large size).
  • According to the different depth of hydraulic cylinder, choose different length tools (120mm 180mm 280mm 380mm)
  • Please contact customer service if you need to buy 500mm long installation tools.
 FEATURES 
  • Most damage can be avoided by rotating the seal into an omega shape so that it is smaller than the gland bore.
  • Thickened stainless steel material, corrosion-resistant, sturdy and durable
 INSTALLATION STEPS 
  • Place one of the handles in the socket, and then hang the seal on the bent arm.
  • Pull the other handle with your right hand and turn the seal with your left hand to twist it.
  • Hold the handle tightly, put the seal into the end, fill the seal carefully into the slot in the cylinder.
  • Release the handle, rotate the seal back to reset and pull out the installation tool.
