This model is based on the intention of a commemorative watch donated to members of the special operations unit "STA.RS" belonging to the "Raccoon City Police Department (RPD)".
The official name of "STA.RS" is printed in English at the 6 o'clock position.
The movement is equipped with battery-free quartz "Kinetic". This is a power-generating crystal clock that does not require battery replacement, achieving accuracy and performance.
By using a special black ion coating process, we have achieved a complete coating of the buckle, which is not possible with normal methods.
This time, as a 3rd anniversary model, we have thoroughly unified the gorgeous color with a black base. The dial has hard colors of black and silver, and only the 24-hour hand is gold.

The abbreviations "RPD" and "Raccon-city Police Department" are printed at the 12 o'clock position.
The "SEIKO Kinetic" logo, which is unusual for Seiko, is printed on the lower left of the 7 o'clock position.
In addition, the official "STARS" logo mark is engraved on the camera back. It is engraved with the model number "GSX012" and the "Seiko" logo, making it the first "triple brand" for Seiko.
