An extraordinary space medal. Symbolizes the first flight of a woman Valentina Tereshkova into space. The medal is dedicated to the space flights on the Vostok-5 and Vostok-6 shuttles that took place on June 16-19, 1963. The medal is made of 925 silver. According to my information, the medal was produced in a very small number.
I have not found another such medal or similar. A worthy item for any important collection. Very high-quality processing of the details of the portrait and the space shuttles themselves.

Medal diameter: 45mm (1.78 inches)
Thickness: 1.5mm (0.06 inch)
Weight: 25.16 grams
