This is for a 2015 Retired Lego City Demolition Site Set that is Brand New & Sealed. The box is in Great Condition, being how after it was bought several years ago, it was just stored away. Although, in addition to the box showing overall Mild Wear from Age & Storage, the box is a still a little sticky on the one side where a sticker/label has been as best seen in the sixth photo and if you look by the Lego logo, there is a crease near the top left hand corner on the back of the box as shown in the eighth photo, with the box having a slight indent on the back of it on the left hand side from where my other Lego sets were sitting ontop of it in my closet when it was in storage as best shown in the third and fourth photos. The seals are all intact and tight, as shown in the last two photos. Please take a look at the photos in order to better judge the overall condition of the item for yourself. This set features an 11.8 inch buildable crane as advertised on the front of the box in the first photo.
