Metal powder spray welding gun:
1st-step: Use oxygen acetylene flame to heat the workpiece to 300-400 degrees Celsius.
2nd-step. then use spray gun spraying the self-fluxing alloy powder evenly sprayed on the surface of the workpiece, through the flame to melt till surface become like a glisten mirror surface, gradually moving molten position, make the alloy powder and the workpiece mutually cladding, dispersed to each other to form a binding layer firmly.
* Using different kinds of alloy powder, can get the abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance and other different properties of strengthened layer.
