This is a vintage mechanical pencil and Ideal 92V fountain pen set manufactured in Canada by Waterman's. The set is made of a red pearlized marble plastic with brass/gold coloured metal accents. There are no cracks in the plastic, but the metal pieces have scuffing, wear and some metal discolouration. The pen nib is marked 14K Waterman's, but is very dirty and /or worn. The pen is marked on the end 92V. There are 4 small holes in the cap.
