Equipment current x coefficient = Selected relay type
Coefficient: resistive load is 2 times, inductive load is 6 times.
Resistive load: electric heating, incandescent lamp, resistance, etc.
Inductive load: motor, transformer, capacitor, solenoid valve, air conditioner, lighting with inductance, etc.
Example 1: A rated current is 15A heater, heater is resistive load, then the formula: 15A × 2 = 30A, you should choose to buy 40A solid state relays.
