These things are absolutely critical for the cell phone signal booster to work:
1. Make sure the Outdoor Yagi Antenna is above 15ft off of ground and aims at your carrier's tower, can receive 2-5 bars of stable signal at the place where it's installed

2. Make sure the indoor antenna is 28ft away from outdoor antenna and a wall between them. Don't make the indoor and outdoor antenna aims at each other

3. Don't plug it in till the final step

Attention:

1. The Cell Phone Booster will cover up to 3,500-4,500 sq.ft/up to 2-4 rooms, if the outdoor signal is weak, it will cover a lot less area inside than stated 3,500sq.ft

2. The cell phone signal booster can't create any signal, it will only boost what it can receive from cell tower. If the outside signal is less than 2 bars, it won't boost the signal for your phones.
