A small vintage ceramic plate of Ukrainian masters, an ethnic group of Ukrainians who have lived since ancient times in the famous Carpathian mountains, namely in a populated village called Kosiv, which is known throughout Ukraine. This type of ceramics is included in the UNESCO Heritage Site. The works of these masters can be found throughout of the world in private collections.

Craftsmen painted symbolic images of various animals and birds on the dishes, which for the people had a mythical, special meaning, and served as pointers in life. This special meaning was passed down from generation to generation. Now such dishes are very rare, especially with such drawings. Approximate period of manufacture 1960 - 1970s. A wonderful item for a collection or for interior decoration.
