On the auction block is this RPPC Real Photo Post Card portrait of two young African American children one of which is just a baby. The other youngster has pants, a jacket with a collar and his or her hood is up over his head and he happily poses for the photo! The baby is also dressed warmly in a one piece and has a large winter hat and he or she looks a bit sad or terrified!
