This is a gorgeous girls size small 4 NEW knit sweater /dress  cardigan made by SAVANNAH with  tags. This is  a lovely snap-up sweater /dress with lovely embroidered metallic thread and sequins all over the front.  Nice cord at the waist to adjust the size. Lovely white top with multi-color design  that  is perfect for the holidays or every day in the colder weather.  Exquisite and unusual piece .    Great gift.

           Bust : Armpit to armpit approx.   11" x 2 = 22"  inches.  UNstretched.
           Length : Center back collar seam to bottom approx. 16"inches Long.
           Sleeves : Shoulder seam to cuff approx. 15 " inches.   Armpit to cuff approx.  11 " inches.
           Hips : Approx. 14 " x 2 = 28 " inches  UNstretched.

Material :   100 % Cotton exclusive of decoration. ( machine wash, cold ).
