  • Sales Policy

    Your bid is a contract - Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item.

    If payment is not received within 5 days, item may be offered to the next highest bidder or relisted at the seller's sole discretion.

    Return Policy

    In case of cancellation due to buyer's convenience such as dislike of the item or no longer needed,     the buyer will be responsible for shipping charges.

    The item must be in its original condition including the box, packaging when the buyer return it.
    Basically shipping charges (including return shipping charges) and handling charges will not be refunded.

    About used items

    The used products we sell may have deteriorated boxes or scratches on the products because they are used.

    Please refer to the pictures for details.

    Also there may be scratches or deterioration that cannot be seen in the pictures.

    Please understand them and/or make sure to ask us if you have any questions before purchasing.

    We usually ship out the items in 5-10 days after payment
  • Expedited: FedEx or DHL (with tracking number)

    • *Remote area fees may apply in some areas such as Australia and Canada etc.. Please inquire before purchase.

    Please note that due to world affairs, shipping by Japan Post may take significantly longer than indicated.
    We do combine shipping for multiple purchases to save your cost
    Even our items are mostly free shipping , you still have chance to get discount from combine shipping . (depend on the weight and volume)
