Why is there a buzzing/hissing sound?
A: Please don't use it while charging, because it will cause current interference when charging. This is why there is noise.
After fully charged, disconnect the power and use the headphone amplifier.
This amplifier is not high enough for my bigger headphones. Why?
A: This headphone amplifier supports headphones with 16-150 ohm impedance. Please check the impedance of the headset.
