This part is in used condition. 

This window frame assembly has light pitting on the inside of frame. 

The chrome on the outside of the frame has very light pitting, you have to look to see some.

This wing window latch is nice tight.

The latch has pitting.

Glass is not tinted.

I would say this is driver quality as it is.
