This is “Awakening to Life,” a previously-owned CD in its original case with all artwork. Manufactured independently by Sandal Song in 2007, the disc is in great shape and plays perfectly (double-checked).
Mariette Ellen Dobrowolski, a member of the Secular Franciscan Order, is the author of guided meditation recordings for Christian prayer and 12-step groups. She is also the co-founder of the Sanctum Retreat (established in 2004). Track-listing:
