COMBINED SHIPPING:

Shipping times are Monday-Friday with cutoff times @ 3pm, anything received after 3pm, will most likely ship out the next business day.

·       Please notify me within three (3) days of receipt to communicate any problems with your purchase, and I will do my very best to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.

·      If the buyer is not satisfied at the time the item(s) arrive, then the buyer MUST present pictures of how item(s) and box arrived at the time of receipt and, include providing the actual pictures on how the box arrived prior to opening, as well as actual pictures of the damaged item(s) after pictures are taken of the opened damaged box in order to assess damage, if any, the item(s) may have received during the delivery process until receipt of package.

·       The buyer must also provide me the tracking number of the item(s) being returned. Note that return shipping costs are paid by the buyer, and after everything is returned, only then will a refund for the original purchase price including original shipping cost be honored when the item arrives undamaged and within 14 days,as well as, the item being returned in the same condition as it was at the time it was originally shipped out.  If the item is lost in the mail, no refund will be issued.

·         If the buyer experiences “buyer’s remorse,” after receiving the item, the purchase may be returned, however, the buyer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs, all associated eBay selling fees and a 10% restocking fee.  Additionally, the item must be in the same condition as it was at the time it was originally shipped out.

·         After 14 days of receipt, all requested  for refunds will be denied.  Buyers must pay return shipping, which is nonrefundable.  All returns must have a tracking number and arrive unharmed.
