We will
request the carrier contact you for a delivery appointment (appointments are
not Time-specific but are generally 4 hour windows); please plan to receive
your order within two business days of carrier notification to avoid storage
charges. Delivery is curbside to your address. Receiving
facility must be accessible to a semi-truck delivery.
RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS:
Your signature on the drivers paperwork releases both the carrier and seller from liability. Be sure to thoroughly inspect the exterior of your package(s) upon receipt and note any discrepancies on the driver?s paperwork. Concealed damages must be reported to us and the carrier within 48 hours of delivery. In the event of damage do not refuse the order, and be sure to retain the packaging material. If damaged in transit you will have to file and collect the claimed amount. Carrier liability excludes small dents, scratches and blemishes. We are unable to file a claim on your behalf but will assist in document preparation.

All items that are left here for 30 days or longer will be deemed abandoned.
We do not charge any extra for items picked up at our location, and you do not have to pay for the crating or shipping if picked up here.
