Near Mint.  December 17, 1966 - Onondaga War Memorial Arena in Syracuse, NY.  Program from regular season game between the Philadelphia 76ers & Detroit Pistons, but played in a neutral setting (Syracuse).  Wilt Chamberlain dominated the Pistons, posting a triple-double (28/27/12) to lead the 76ers to a 120 - 105 victory.  Detroit rookie, and future mayor, Dave Bing scored 20 points in defeat.  Matt Guokas and Bill Melchioni were also in their first years in the NBA.
