A very decorative pair of silver plated candelabra . Probably about 1840 . They are 22 inches tall. The actual candlesticks are 13 1/2 inches tall . The base is 6 inches in diameter. The spread of the candelabra arms is 19 inches . I cannot see any marks . The copper can be seen coming through in parts . I think this adds to their charm . The base has original felt ,and when you shake them there is no rattle . There is no sign of any solder apart from two tiny bits on one of the arms . Photo . This you can barely see. All the sconces are there and are original including centre sconces. What is amazing is the twisted wire pattern at the top of the candelabra. Photo .It’s also amazing how they all fit together . Photo. They can be adjusted and swiveled in various ways .
