These sets are in very good condition (in terms of play wear). These sets are not complete. The minifigures are not included and there are other missing pieces as well. These sets are complete (or nearly so) for the version of the 3-in-1 that it is built. These are not the largest versions of the sets. The Lakeside Lodge has almost no extra parts beyond this version and the bigger versions of the set have more pieces. The Treehouse Adventures set has some extra pieces (as seen in the pictures) but definitely doesn't have all the parts for the bigger sets. The pieces seen in the pictures are what will be included. There may be a few part substitutions. The Lakeside Lodge set is missing 1 of the manuals. Smoke-free home.
