Warranty and Returns Policy for Funko Pop Figures

Returns: We regret to inform our customers that we do not accept returns for Funko Pop figures. Due to the nature of collectible items, we cannot guarantee the condition of the packaging upon arrival, and we cannot accommodate returns based on perceived imperfections in packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective Funko Pop figure, please contact us within the first 5  days of receiving your order. We may request photographic evidence of the damage to assist with our assessment.

Shipping and Handling: While we take great care in packaging and shipping your Funko Pop figures, we acknowledge that we cannot control how external parties, such as USPS or other shipping carriers, handle packages during transit. Any damage incurred during shipping is beyond our control, and we encourage customers to contact the carrier directly to file a claim for damaged items.

Claims and Disputes: Customers are responsible for thoroughly inspecting their orders upon receipt. Any claims or disputes regarding damaged or defective items must be submitted within [number of days] days of receiving the order. We reserve the right to evaluate and respond to such claims on a case-by-case basis.
