Trunk Sealer Rubber Gasket and BATTERY Tie Down Bracket with all hardware. Both items are NOS   as found at a closed Ford Dealer in Iowa. Battery Bracket shows some paint peel or lifting.

Have been in dry storage for many years.  Fitment are 1971, 1972 and 1973, Mustangs.
