Multiple Item Purchases

For multiple item purchases, I offer combined postage at the rates detailed under the ‘Postage, returns & payments’ tab, on condition that the items are paid for in a single transaction. Please do not make a payment until you have selected all the items that you would like to add to the order. If you are having difficulty with this, please contact me for advice.

In most cases, the combined postage rate should be applied when you complete the checkout. If, for any reason, the charge displayed on your payment total does not match what you had expected please contact me so that, if necessary, I can correct your invoice manually before you complete the payment.

Postage Rates

UK: For my normal ‘buy it now’ shop items, I charge a flat rate for all orders, regardless of size, weight or number of items. Orders will normally be posted within one working day of payment being received, using standard First Class. For large orders, I may use a tracked first class style service, at no extra cost to you.

International: 

My international postage rates are dependent on the weight of the heaviest item in the order. If no single item has a packed weight of over 100g, I will charge the lower rate, regardless of the number of items, provided that the order is paid for in a single transaction.

If at least one item within the order has a packed weight of more than 100g, then I will charge the higher rate, regardless of the number of items, provided that the order is paid for in a single transaction.

A single quantity of the item in this listing, plus packaging, will weigh less than 100g, so the rate displayed under ‘Postage, returns & payments’ will be the lower postage rate for your region and will apply to your order unless you add a ‘heavy’ item. If you do add a ‘heavy’ item, you will need to check the listing for that item to see what the postage charge for the order will be.

The actual item price and postage cost shown will include any additional taxes and duties that ebay must collect in order to comply with cross-border obligations.

Orders will be sent by standard Airmail and will normally be posted within one working day of payment being received. I will obtain proof of posting for each international order that I send.

Exclusions: 

Germany: As a sole trader, I’m afraid that it’s not viable for me to purchase a packaging license, as required under current German regulations, so I’m currently unable to accept orders for posting to Germany. Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience.

Russian Federation: Please note that I will no longer post orders to the Russian Federation.

One-off auctions 

From time to time I will run auctions for goods which are not my normal stock items. Where these are lighter than 250g (packed weight) and also small enough to be posted as 'large letters' (i.e. the package, including all necessary padding will be thinner than 25mm), then they can be combined with other items in a normal order, attracting the postage rates set out above.

For items that are larger or heavier than this, my normal postage charges will not apply and I will specify the postage cost for each individual auction. If you win such an auction and would like to combine the item with others from my shop, the postage charge will be the one specified in the auction listing. If there are any difficulties, or if you would like to combine two auction items into a single order, at a reduced postage rate, please contact me before making any payments.
