UPVC 400ML AEROSOL IN  PEARL DARK GREY 9023

This UPVC aerosol paint is a specialised type of paint designed specifically for UPVC (unplasticized polyvinyl chloride) surfaces such as windows, doors, hard plastics, powder coatings, most factory finishes, architectural cladding and other exterior fixtures made from this material. Providing a durable and long-lasting finish that adheres well to UPVC surfaces and able to withstand exposure to various weather conditions. It boasts good adhesion and resistance to peeling or flaking enhanced with UV resistance, preventing fading or discoloration caused by prolonged sun exposure. It is a convenient and efficient way to update the colour or refresh the appearance of UPVC surfaces without the need for extensive preparation or professional assistance.

          Available in 3,500 colours from RAL, NCS, and British Standard


          Preparation

          Thoroughly clean and degrease using suitable degreaser, Repeat if necessary replacing cloths regularly to ensure that contamination is not re-applied to the surface

          Application
          • A light dusting should then be sprayed on to the plastic to check that all contaminants have been removed
          • Apply 2 coats to give full and even coverage
          • Allow a flash off time of 10-15 mins between coats
          • Film build should not exceed 25 microns DFT
          • The product will be touch dry in around 10-15 mins, and can be overcoated after 1 hour
