This is a very classy hinged bangle bracelet with blue prong set rhinestones around the outside (except on the snap clasp) in a bright and glossy silver finish.  The inside measures 6" around and it is more of a oval shape rather than round. The bracelet is narrow and is 1/4" wide.

The piece is unsigned so origin and fineness of the silver is unknown.

It has a lovely elegant style.
